I’ve been working with Diana in the period 2022-2023 when LEM Bulgaria has the need to improve Supply chain process. In my role of a General manager of the company in that period, we engaged Diana to lead the project. She was working with various stakeholders (corporate and local) and cross-functional teams in LEM. During the execution of the project, she demonstrated sound knowledge, combined with a very pragmatic approach, project management skills and strong determination to deliver results. Her proactiveness and direct communication certainly provoked turmoil in the organization, especially among those people who were reluctant to make a change.
